Delete your PuffDrop account and data
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your backup and account immediately and cancels any PuffDrop subscription.
Without the app: send a deletion request from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We delete your account, all backed-up data and any subscription within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account (Google account ID and email)
- All backed-up puff counts, plans, cravings and settings
- Your PuffDrop subscription (cancelled in Stripe)
What is kept
Payment records that Stripe must keep for tax and accounting law. Data on your own phone stays until you uninstall the app or use "Clear data".
