Privacy Policy

In short: your puff counts, plan and cravings stay on your phone. They leave it only if you sign in and turn on backup. We never sell your data and we never show ads.

What is stored on your phone

Puff counts and times, your daily budget and plan, cravings you log (intensity and trigger), device cost and nicotine strength you enter, and your settings. Android Auto Backup may copy this to your own Google account backup.

What is backed up (only if you sign in)

If you sign in with Google and use backup (PuffDrop Pro), the data above is stored on our server so you can restore it on a new phone. We store your Google account ID and email address to identify you.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe (including Google Pay, card, Link and Cash App Pay). We receive a customer ID, your subscription status and, if you provide it, your email address. We never see your full card number.

What we never do

Sell or share your data for advertising
Collect location, contacts, photos or advertising ID
Show ads

Retention and deletion

Backup data is kept while your account exists. Delete it any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or using our web form. Deletion removes your account and backup within 30 days and cancels your PuffDrop subscription.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (UK GDPR, PIPEDA in Canada, US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@puffdrop.app.

Age

PuffDrop is for adults (18+, 21+ in the US).
